Off-Season - Adaptation - Workout 1 (of 4)

"Adaptation" workouts are to be performed during the sports "Off Season," to prepare the athletes for the following season. Visit our FAQs page for more information.

Check out Marti Mclauren performing MVP Fitness's, Off-Season (Adaptation) Workout 1. This workout is designed to be performed with three other MVP Workouts (coming soon) in the off season. "Adaptation" workouts focus on heavier loads to allow the girls to strengthen during the off season. We do not recommend heavy lifts during a competitive season. We have specific workouts tailored towards "In Season" training called "Optimization."
