"Optimization" workouts are to be utilized during the sports "In Season" to keep the athletes primed and ready to perform. Visit our FAQs page for more information.

This is the first of 10 workouts that completes the MVP Fitness programming. All 10 workouts fit together to form a comprehensive athletic training regimen to optimize the athlete's performance. Since all athletes are a bit different, we left off the reps, sets, and most of the progressions. We will cater those details to the athletes individually. Featured athlete: Macey Moore.
