This is #4 of 10 workouts that complete the MVP Fitness programming. All 10 workouts fit together to form a comprehensive athletic training regimen to optimize the athlete's performance. Since all athletes are a bit different, we left off the reps, sets, and most of the progressions. We will cater those details to the athletes individually.
