DAY 91 of 365

A well deserved lazy day with family. 

After a huge cheer weekend (back to back competitions on Friday and Saturday) and followed up with softball last night, we were all exhausted and pretty much haooy to do absolutely nothing. 

Well, I have a weigh-in tomorrow morning, so doing nothing will only get me so far.  I almost missed my window though, as it wasn’t until after midnight that I forced myself onto the treadmill for a really good interval session.  Good workout.

Weigh-in and measurements tomorrow.  I expect decent results, although month over month, I didn’t lose much the past 30 days, so the measurements will likely show that.
