Just a quick note…

Over the past two weeks (mostly in the absence of a working computer), I scribbled some thoughts down to post up later.  The garbled transcription of these notes will begin to trickle in over the next few hours.  In order to keep the flow and general sense of my days, I will be back-dating these thoughts to coincide with the actual days there were written down.  If you are really interested in reading them [do you hear crickets?], I don’t suspect you’ll have to go back too far.  I am really only referring to a few days last week.

My stats will be updated as well and dated accordingly.

If you care to hear my excuses, go back and read them.  If you think excuses are just that – excuses, then don’t worry about it and move forward with me from here.  I am still right on track with my goals and ready to continue my downward trend toward my 365 day goal of weighing 230.8, or a total of 91 pounds lost by December 7th, 2010.
